At Â鶹´«Ã½, Jake concentrates on project development, business development, strategic planning for our healthcare real estate business and real estate portfolio assessment and analysis. He uses his skill, knowledge and creativity to help clients solve complex problems and create new opportunities through the development and financing of healthcare properties.

As Vice President of Business Development for Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s healthcare real estate development division, Heidi is responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with current and potential clients, as well as growing the brand nationally. Over the years, she has helped countless healthcare entities enter new markets or add needed services in their communities. Heidi also oversees leasing activities for hospitals and third-party tenants from first contact through move-in.
