Just has there is but 'One God'
That has 'Dominion' over and does rule over the entirety of the Universe:
So too does God Create and establish but One single creature:
To represent His Own Universal 'Dominion' upon Planets.
To exemplify the Universal 'Dominion' of Himself and His Godliness upon Planets.
To personify the Universal 'Dominion' of Himself and His Godliness upon Planets.

The Importance To Man

Just has there is but 'One God'
Whose own 'Dominion' is far Greater
than any other existence in the Universe...
So too Is 'Children of Man' the single creature with a Planetary 'Dominion' that is far Greater than
any other existence upon their own Planetary Society.
So too are 'Children of Man' Given a physical, and mental clarity
That distinctly set their own Planetary 'Dominion' apart from any other creature
That is ever Created, to ever exist upon their own Planetary Society.
