His Creativity of a Planetary Society
to become inhabited with a variety of physical creatures:
God

begins upon His
Creation of a single
creature which He fashions
with a specific physic which He
Mades in His's Own 'Image' of 'Dominion'!
So as to allow it to have its own 'Dominion' over all the other
creatures which He has Created upon their own Planetary Society.
This One Single physical creature is also known has 'Children of Man'.

Whose own existence is far Greater
than any other existence in the Universe...
So can there likewise exist but a single creature that can hold an existence that is far Greater than any other existence which God Does bring forth upon each Planetary Society in the Universe.
Thus God Creates but One single creature to have a physical, and mental clarity that does distinctly set their own existence apart their own existence from any other creature upon that Planet.
